ABOUT OUR COMPANY
The parent organization of Kapule LLC, the Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO), operates as a nonprofit community impact organization and is funded by the economic engines of Kapule LLC subsidiaries. Founded in May 2020 and controlled entirely by Native Hawaiians, the NHO is recognized by the Department of Defense under federal statutory authority as a Minority-Owned Native Hawaiian Small Business and is certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration.


Current Initiatives
Kapule Org has funded more than double the 2024 budget for Leihoku Elementary's first grade, significantly enhancing educational resources. We've also conducted a laptop drive to equip disadvantaged Hawaiian children with essential technology and launched a sailing program for local kids, deepening their connection to their heritage and environment.

NICK KAPULE
Founder / President
Nick is a dedicated advocate for Native Hawaiian opportunities and economic empowerment. Since founding Kapule LLC on May 12, 2020, he has committed to leveraging and sharing these opportunities to uplift his community. Under his leadership, Kapule LLC has excelled in providing consulting, general contracting, and
environmental services across the Pacific Rim, always prioritizing integrity and community benefit. Nick's vision extends beyond business success; he actively supports educational and non-profit initiatives that enhance the well-being and prosperity of Native Hawaiians. As he leads Kapule LLC forward, Nick remains focused on creating sustainable impacts that enrich Hawaii and its people.

RACHEL KAPULE
Cultural and Environmental Management Specialist
Rachel joined Kapule LLC in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in land use planning/management in Hawai‘i. She previously worked for a planning company, where she led a variety of projects across various communities and islands. Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree in Hawaiian Studies and a master’s degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Management from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. In addition to her academic background, Rachel served as a crew member with the Polynesian Voyaging Society and managed a three-acre lo‘i kalo for six years, grounding her work in her family’s ancestral practices before building upon her academic and professional knowledge.
