Project Management
Our team ensure's that every project receives the utmost level of professional attention. Our project managers, coordinators, sales support staff, and designers collaborate closely to ensure that a project progresses smoothly and on schedule. Projects can be complex, requiring coordination with other trades, monitoring of shipping and delivery, and arranging installations. Thanks to our investment in personnel and technology, we are well-equipped to meticulously oversee each step.
Installation
The job isn’t always over when the last piece of product is installed. Our team is committed to following up, taking care of all damaged items, and ensuring our customers that we will continue to be of service. We are authorized to service and complete warranty claims for all our major manufacturing partners. Kapule LLC has in-house personnel to field your requests and provide a prompt scheduling service. We employ some of the only installation crews in Hawaii that are licensed contractors (license #C 18046). Our installers are thoroughly trained in the installation process for each product line. A focus on professionalism and efficiency is paramount among our installation crew. We understand that our installers not only leave a lasting impression but are also frequently recognized for their exceptional quality of work and service.
